Basswood is an Orange County home that was seismically retrofitted at 15%-17% above existing city codes.    Segovia Premium Inc, with the guidance and specifications of engineers, retrofitted the home with Strongwalls, Sheerwalls, 150+ bolts, etc.   Our in-house engineer personally monitored the upgrading process and made sure the finished product met and surpassed the building codes.

The home not only was retrofitted but was also built with sustainable materials and methods to ensure an efficient, high performance and an eco-friendly home. The project is on its way to procuring the LEED Gold Certification level through the USGBC LEED for Homes designated process.
